Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges on all orders
are as follows;
Orders under $100.00 will cost
$5.00 to ship US Postal Service, $7.00 to ship UPS Ground.
Shipping on all orders over
$100.00 is free with US Postal Service or UPS Ground, except to Alaska and
Hawaii.
Orders shipped to Alaska and
Hawai pay actual shipping cost.
Orders shipped via UPS Next Day
Air will pay actual shipping cost.
If you would like to pick up
your order here, you can select "Will Pick Up" when checking out and save all
shipping charges. You will be notified by e-mail when order is completed, so
be sure to leave a valid e-mail address in the space provided.
Pick-up orders must be picked
up within seven (7) days of notification of completion of order.
Order Processing
At
Etched Elegance we manufacture what we sell. Obviously, we cannot pull your
Personalized Clock order off of the shelf and ship it to you the day that you
order it. However, depending on the number of orders recieved on a given day
and when, we may very well have your order ready to be shipped the next day.
If you are ordering a Lasered
Mirror Portrait it is very important that you get the photo to us as soon as
possible. Lasered Mirror Portraits require extra time for editing and there is
nothing that can be done "ahead of time".
All orders are processed in the
order that they are received by Etched Elegance.
Please allow 7-10 business days for
delivery. Products will normally be manufactured and shipped within 48 hours of
reciept of order or, in the case of a Lasered Mirror Portrait, reciept of photo. Please allow sufficient time for shipping from Central
Wisconsin.

What is Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)?

Refunds will be issued upon
